It does NOT replace an SNMP NMS for your own switches/interfaces — it's complementary, and unit-based licensing for broad agent coverage gets expensive quickly.

Brilliant at the thing it does — proving the outage is your ISP’s fault, not yours. Just don’t buy it expecting interface utilization graphs for your closet switches; that’s a different tool.
